Primary Lakefront
Estate
The Primary Home offers stunning views of Lake Eden and the surrounding Green Mountains. During the summer season, guests may rent paddle boats, kayaks, or a two-person canoe to explore the lake, and dock space is available for personal watercraft.
Autumn is truly spectacular here—vibrant foliage transforms the landscape into a leaf peeper’s paradise.
Enjoy warm-weather activities such as boating, swimming, angling, fly-fishing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, and ATV adventures on the V.A.S.T. trail network.
In winter, the Northeast Kingdom receives some of the highest snowfall in Vermont, making it an ideal destination for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, dog sledding, and snowmobiling on the extensive V.A.S.T. trails.

Teeny Tiny Cottage
The cottage offers beautiful scenic views of Lake Eden and the surrounding Green Mountains. Guests also have access to discounted Jay Peak lift tickets, including adult (19+) and junior (6–18) rates, with options for holidays, weekends, and weekday (Monday–Friday, non-holiday) visits.
During the summer months, guests may rent paddle boats, kayaks, and a two-person canoe (based on availability) for exploring the lake. Dock space is also available for personal watercraft.
